Premier Referral Service: Allows your credit union to fully outsource the mortgage process while offering your members premier mortgage loan service and care.

Mortgage Solutions CU Companion Program: Allows your credit union to offer a turn-key, co-branded website and virtual mortgage department.   CU Home Loans provides the processing, underwriting, co-marketing, funding and servicing of each loan.   Your credit union earns fee income at loan closing and options to internally fund selected loans.   Your members in turn receive quality competitive mortgage offerings, minimizing member outflow to commercial banks and saving institutions.

CU Mortgage Portfolio Solutions: A program that can be added to either the Premier Referral Service or the Mortgage Solutions CU Companion Program.   This program allows your credit union to acquire selected real estate secured mortgage loans for your portfolio.

Cu Non Prime Mortgage Referral Source: Allows you to maintain your own existing programs for Conforming, Jumbo, and HELOC programs, while referring out Sub-Prime, Commercial and Investment Loans, Bridge Loans, Hard Money Loans, and Land Loans.
